- 1 Wing 3 +9 with at least +4 option (any)
- 1 Chaos Weapon 2
- 50 Jewels of Guardian
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
- 1 Jewel of Creation
Success rate: 3%
Note: Defeating the Gaion boss gives a chance to obtain Jewel of Guardian.
